As a personal trainer and coach for more than 5 years, I have realized a passion for helping other women feel empowered within their own bodies and lives. I help women become stronger – mind, body and soul – through an engaged coaching style that is with you every step of the way.
I am a wife, fur-mom, bodybuilder, fitness-enthusiast, daughter and friend. I love sharing my passion of health and fitness with others, and creating a community of driven, invested and healthy women.
